You’re really, really good at what you do (and I’ve bet you’ve got receipts to prove it).
You started your business for the ‘freedom’. So why are you working now more than ever?
Signing another client isn’t your issue. It’s the 89 other [fill-in-the-blank: admin, operations, scaling, team management] tasks on your to-do list causing the friction. Oh, and you already lost the scrap of paper where you wrote down that Very Important Password.
Your brain is the glue holding your business together — and you’re one missed email away from burning the whole thing down.
Being of service is in my DNA, not just my job description. Like your candid college bestie who says “that lime green top isn’t your color, but here’s one of mine, put it on, you look great in it”, I’ll tell you (kindly, tactfully, respectfully) how we can get your business backend looking sharp and efficient.
Send pics of your chaotic handwritten brain dump, and I’ll show you how to get 5 hours back in your week (better yet, I’ll just do it for ya).
You send me: login credentials for your whole tech stack, plus a written doc or screen-recording walkthrough of how you’re currently using all the platforms you pay for.
I send you: a Google Doc with my review, audit, suggestions, and roadmap for how to turn your half-used subscription stack into a well-oiled machine, to decrease your manual labor, improve team efficiency, and increase client happiness.
A founder who loves a snazzy Black Friday subscription deal, and ended up with three dozen platforms that you’re only half using
A founder who bought the newest / hottest CRM or PM software everyone on Threads is obsessed with….but can’t figure out how to make it work for them (oh, and this is the fourth platform you’ve tried)
A founder who’s still doing all the manual labor themselves: sending client contracts one at a time, or forgetting to offboard clients until 5 months later (or never at all)
My eyes on every platform you’re using + how you’re using it, reviewing for areas of improvement, edits, or changes
A Google Doc with a full, written-up Tech Stack Audit + Roadmap, including alll my best suggestions for which platforms you don’t need to pay for anymore, which ones are worth keeping, and how to use each of them as efficiently as possible.
Plus, how to connect your platforms and help them talk to each other, so that you’re doing the least amount of manual labor possible
No implementation from me is included — Instead, I tell you exactly *how* to implement all my suggestions and “build” the roadmap within your tech stack. DFY implementation support can be added on later should you choose!

You either 1) have an active subscription with Dubsado, Airtable, or Clickup and know you’re not using them to the fullest extent, or 2) are in another CRM/PM platform and *want to move* to Dubsado, Airtable, or Clickup.
Whether you’ve got a brand spankin’ new subscription or are dusting off an inactive account, I’ll go in, get everything set up, and create spaces/workflows/bases with fully-built automations, triggers, and processes according to what your business + offers need.
A founder who is using a CRM / PM platform other than Clickup, Dubsado, Airtable, and wants to move into them
A founder who wants someone to come in and literally just set up Dub, CU, or Airtable, in the most efficient way possible, so that you have the least amount of manual labor possible, your team gets more efficient, and your clients will be happier with the experience
If you choose Clickup, I’ll build up to 6 spaces, with customized folders and templated lists in each, according to what you need in your business
If you choose Dubsado, I’ll create up to 5 workflows for your offers/services, starting from client inquiry and ending at offboarding (you must provide copy for canned emails, contracts, forms/inquiries) and any relevant schedulers, forms, proposals, etc.
If you choose Airtable, I’ll create up to 3 bases, according to what you need in your business, and each base will include appropriate forms, interfaces, automations, and table setup.

Let’s hop on Zoom and tackle whatever you’ve got going on.
A founder who’s ballin’ on a budget and needs systems or operational support
A founder who likes setting up systems and tech themselves, but needs help determining which platforms they actually need and which ones they don’t (aka, the ones you don’t need to be paying for)
A founder who wants a second opinion on anything operational, logistical, or happening in the back end of your business
A pre-call questionnaire to submit ahead of your call with things you wanna chat about, which I'll review before hopping on Zoom
A 60-minute 1:1 video call with me (Lexi) where you get my full, undivided attention
I’m all yours

I’m the girl my clients, friends, and fam text when they can’t figure out a tech issue or the Swiss train system (true story). I’m the one who makes the dinner reservations, fights in the Ticketmaster trenches for concert tickets, keeps track of who owes what for the Airbnb during the girls beach weekend.
Everyone has their superpower; being the Monica Geller of whichever room I happen to be taking up space in is mine.
and get you your freedom back
Hi, I’m Lexi
“About two weeks into working with Lexi, I started joking that she was not only the glue that holds my business together, but the glue that holds me together, too. I’ve had the privelege of working with Lexi through major life and business changes over the last 3 years, and this hasn’t changed since the very first week we worked together.
Lexi’s skills span both marketing and operations, and she’s uniquely great at connecting the two together: a perspective that I’ve never experienced in any other supportive team member, but is a founder’s dream. She only ever meets me with a positive, accommodating attitude, listens generously, and takes action autonomously. She has the patience to see things through, and holds herself accountable — allowing flexibility and freedom for both of us.
There are so many reasons why Lexi is such a valuable business partner (and I’ll tell anyone who will listen about ALL of them), but the one I’ve most consistently appreciated is her ability to flex between mundane but must-do tasks, and strategic projects. There’s nothing that’s too big or too small for her to tackle. Her willingness and ability to support in such a huge range of ways, and across different phases of the business makes her the most important person on our team.”
